When you schedule your appointment, our team will text you to confirm the time and location. Client forms will be sent directly to your phone with your permission. You’ll be greeted by our staff and you are free to ask questions and raise any concerns. There may be some additional forms and we confirm what services you are seeking. When visiting our Center your health and well-being are our number one priority. All of our services are provided free of charge and your confidentiality will be upheld at all times. Pregnancy testing and STD testing is performed by our medical staff. Sonograms are performed by RDMS and RN professional staff and are interpreted by a licensed Physician. Pregnancy Help 4 U upholds the highest level of medical care and confidentiality. Your safety, privacy, and health are important to us.

When you visit Pregnancy Help 4 U, we will have you fill out a request for services and confidentiality form. Then, your Client Advocate will take you to a counseling room to meet with you and learn how we can best help you–all free and confidential. After meeting with you, we can refer you to the nurse for any medical needs or questions.
We would love for you to bring someone to support you! It is important for others to understand what you are going through. We will begin by having you meet with your Client Advocate alone to ensure that your confidentiality is protected. We also have male counselors available for men who may be involved in the pregnancy.
